Call Scheduler/ Admin Assistant FT Permanent Role - Salary meets NMW

 

Sunderland, Newscastle

 

Full Time (Monday - Friday 8.30am - 17.30) with one hour lunch break

 

Do you have exemplary customer service skills?  Are you able to communicate and empathise with customers?  If so, I have an excellent opportunity to join a growing and successful Specsavers domiciliary business is a challenging, but rewarding position.

 

On offer is the chance to join a dynamic role with no weekends where you will be further developed and challenged.

 

In this role, the successful candidate would plan deliveries of optical prescriptions to customers, you will completion of NHS paperwork as well as booking and confirming appointments.  This needs real attention to detail, to be able to work at pace and also posses excellent administration skills that will be used to assist the smooth day to day running of the business.

 

This role would ideally suit either an optical assistant looking to get off the shop floor or a candidate with experience with planning routes/ deliveries for a busy business.
