A successful independent Opticians based in Leeds (1 mile from City Centre) are looking for a full time Practice Manager to join the team, working Monday to Friday.
Optical Practice Manager - Role
- Help run a small but successful independent practice
- Access a wide range of products and lenses including Essilor and Zeiss
- Lead, direct and motivate the team - Currently running a small team due to COVID with plans to expand in the future)
- Help manage the day-to-day running of the practice
- Setting and tracking of targets & KPI's
- Set exemplary standards across all areas on the shop floor
- Introduce and implement new ideas to help grow and drive the business forward
- Handle any customer complaints
- Work with the Regional Manager to drive the practice forward
Optical Practice Manager - Requirements
- Either a Qual DO or an experienced Practice Manager
- Proven track record in leadership roles within the optical industry
- Ambitious
- Full of new ideas
- Willing to learn
- Must be IT literate
Optical Practice Manager - Salary
- Base salary up to £28,000
- Professional fees paid
- Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
