Bryan opened the store around 27 years ago, with a staff of 9, of those 9, all are still working in the store. Shortly after opening Mel joined as the manager, and this year bought in as the second director, alongside Bryan. The store can rightfully brag about their amazing retention, having 19 of their 30 staff having been with them over 10 years.
The reason people stay is because the director's value their staff. There are weekly department meetings, and one of those is a meeting with the entire optom team to discuss new legislation, share knowledge and work out any kinks. Alongside this the team events to reward the staff are enough to make you want to join. Every staff member who reaches their 10 years gets not only a gift, but it is an excuse for a team outing.

We are looking for an Optometrist who will go the extra mile for our customers and someone who encourages their colleagues to do the same.
