Fox Valley Shopping Park:

Fox Valley is a unique town centre shopping destination in north Sheffield with direct access off the A616 Sheffield to Manchester Road.  With a great line up of stores, restaurants and coffee shops, including Home Bargains, Next, Costa and Aldi, as well as a free four hour car park with 600 spaces.

 

Situated approximately half way between Sheffield and Huddersfield, Fox Valley is a master planned redevelopment of a 28 acre former steelworks site, bringing a new town centre to North Sheffield. The £50million development, has been carefully designed to reflect the area’s rich industrial heritage as well as answering the need for a new retail and commercial heart in this growing catchment.  As well as new office and retail space, there is a new housing development bringing 118 new executive riverside homes to the area.

 

The Fox Valley Friday Market is located in the market quarter, located towards the back of the centre. The market runs every Friday from 10am till 3pm.There are typically 15-20 stalls, products include locally sources meat, fish, fruit & veg, speciality cheese and hand made gifts.

 

The Role:

As our Store Manager, your main task will be to help run the store from a retail perspective. Your efforts will help to ensure that the store runs successfully, while providing customers with an exceptional service. Much of your work will involve inspiring staff to perform at their best and meet the highest technical standards. 
 

The Directors:

Every great team needs great leadership and at Fox Valley you’ll be led by Directors with fantastic success stories with Specsavers! Hitesh our Retail Partner, graduated in 2006 and has a wealth of Specsavers experience working his way up into management before completing ILM 3 and our Pathway program in 2018. Humma is our new Ophthalmic Director and graduated in 2011. She joined Specsavers in 2012 and has been with us ever since! She’s contributed to the success of our stores and as such has won multiple awards! She also completed ILM 3 and completed our Pathway program in 2018.
