Optometrist

We are currently looking for a quality-driven optometrist to join a modern, well-equipped practice using the latest equipment within a great location in Kent.

Full time or Partime – 0900-1800
£40,000 to £50,000 depending on experince

Optometrist Position

Your role will be to provide quality eye care within a community-based practice. You will use the latest equipment including OCT to perform a thorough sight test and then hand the patient to the professional dispensing team. You will work within a professional team of clinicians and dispensers in a real family feel store. This store works to 20-minute clinics but all pre-screens are done for you and you will be seeing roughly 16 patients per day.

Requirements of the Optometrist

To apply for this position you must be a fully qualified, GOC registered Optometrist who is up to date with all CET requirements. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build up a real rapport with your patients. You will be clinically minded while also understanding your crucial role in the commercial success of the practice.

Compensation for the Optometrist

On offer for your efforts is a very competitive salary depending on experience, £40,000 – £50,000 + excellent additional benefits. You will also have access to additional development and progression avenues such as accreditations, management training and development.
