Position – Laboratory Technician
Location – Blanchardstown
Nottingham are now looking for several experienced optical lab technicians to join the team. You will be must be able to work effectively in a large team whilst confident to use your own initiative, to achieve the highest standards that our customers have grown to know and love.
Job Description - As a Laboratory Technician in Blanchardstown , you will be preparing customer prescriptions to the highest standards and using the latest computer-controlled equipment. It’s all about providing an excellent single vision glazing service that helps the store to maximise sales and profitability.
One day you could be repairing spectacles, the next, you could be glazing and tinting single vision lenses. The important thing is that you will be learning all the time – building on your knowledge with the help of your expert colleagues.
An eye for detail is a must. You should also be good with people and able to work as part of a team. You will be friendly and organised too, presenting a professional image to customers always. Above all, you will have previous experience as a Lab Technician in an optical setting and be ready to learn more.
