Optical Manager:

You will have a passion to succeed, a can do attitude, helping colleagues, showing the way forward, dealing with issues, explaining and managing every situation that may come your way! 

You will deal with everything, open and close of the store, KPI's, Training, helping with recruitment, managing staff, rotas, organising and running a very profitable store, making sure that mistakes are dealt with and training in place to rectify all eventualities. 

You will be an integral part of every aspect of the business, finger on the pulse, not missing a trick!  You will make sure your team create a great customer experience when patients come into store. (Also, adhering to Covid19 stipulations and safety measures) 

You will also know all about, fact finding, explaining offers and products, and dispensing single vision, bifocal and varifocal lenses, you will lead by example,  training your team if need be, working to NHS guidelines, give good, clear advice and make a positive impression  thanks to your polite and professional approach, something your team will pick up on and practice!

To secure this role you will need previous experience as an Optical  Manager or Asst Mgr and have a real passion for making things right in a professional, organised manner.

You'll continue to develop and expand your knowledge of vision problems, etc, and products, more training will be available to build towards becoming better at your role, giving you all the tools you need to succeed and enjoy your job!

Salary £28K - £30K + Bonus
