Match2Match Recruitment  are currently seeking an Optical Assistant to work for their unique independent client in Hampshire. This is a dual role and will entail covering two practices.

Our family run award winning independent Client renowned for clinical excellence can offer you career progression and help you to aspire to becoming a manager with all the clinical knowledge behind you. As an independent group of practices, they are free to source the best frames, sunglasses, spectacle lenses and contact lenses available and are not tied to any particular suppliers. They source products based on quality, style and supply an excellent after sales service. From high end luxury frames and sunglasses to reasonably priced designer and of course own brand high quality ranges.

They also provide lenses produced by all the leading manufacturers including Zeiss and Kodak, both renowned and respected lens manufacturers.

Applicant Requirements:

• Must be eligible for working in the UK
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dedicated, caring and enthusiastic
• Must be able to dispense at all levels
• Able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team with a strong focus on patient care.
• Good understanding of KPI's
