The Company

An independent group of 6 practices covering South London, who have a great reputation in the industry for quality and customer care are looking for an Operations Manager.

They have an established presence in their locations and they have become a very desirable place not only to work, but also to visit. They have created a friendly and enjoyable working environment in all their practices, with everyone knowing their roles and responsibilities. Working with high-end products and brands they do attract a more affluent patient base and offer enhanced eye examinations such as Myopia and MECS.

The Position

They are now in a position where they require someone with experience of dealing with the day to day infrastructure, to include working closely with local councils, landlords and planners to name a few. They are not looking for a straight forward practice manager but someone who can direct and advise the managers on all matters.

They are seeking an experienced regional / group manager who can step in to the role with little hand holding. You will be required to look after all 6 practices and continually work alongside the Managing Director, to run the overall business whilst evolving new ways to adapt and improve the business in the current climate.

You must be passionate for optics and more importantly is your commitment and drive towards the development and stability of a stable and growing group.

Remuneration
