We are currently recruiting for an individual with previous experience in optics to join our store in Grantham as an Optical Assistant

As an Optical Assistant you’ll make sure every customer gets a great experience when they come into our store. It means listening to what they want, providing exceptional clinical advice and dispensing lenses. You’ll work to NHS guidelines (as well as our own high standards), explain our current offers and promotions and make a positive impression, thanks to your polite and professional approach.

In return we’ll continue to develop and expand your knowledge of vision problems, eyecare and our products. With many of our current directors and managers beginning their career within Specsavers as an Optical Assistant, your career progression is endless.

 

You’ll have the chance to develop clinically through our in-house ABDO recognised dispensing courses that could lead to Dispensing Optician, or alternatively there are opportunities to go into management and audiology.
