Lab Production Technician

Here, you'll produce spectacles in our state of the art retail fulfilment hub. We'll train you to cut and fit lenses into frames. It can often be hard work and a high level of manual dexterity is required, but the rewards and satisfaction are high.

Our Laboratory Production Technicians use precision tools and machinery to make spectacles for customers - sometimes to short deadlines.

You'll work closely with the teams to ensure we exceed expectations creating spectacles to the very highest quality standards for customers.

It's important that you enjoy doing a job where routine tasks are a daily requirement but who takes delight from knowing the job you do makes a real difference to someone's life. As you'd expect there's a great deal of attention to detail in this role, working with small parts and highly advanced technology. You'll also be a lens expert in store providing advice and guidance to your team and customers.

Ideally we're looking for some previous experience in optics but don't worry if you don't have experience, we'll support you every step of the way with all the training and development you need to become an expert.
