This newly created role within Specsavers requires credibility and strong influencing skills. You will have responsibility for a portfolio of stores within your designated region, ensuring performance improvement in Contact Lens sales and supporting the divisional team to ensure best practise in the contact lens plan and customer journey.

 

  • Leveraging Divisional, Regional Chairs, technology and wider business partners to support awareness of contact lenses on the divisional agenda
  • Supporting Regional Relationship Manager to encourage all stores to have a Contact Lens quarterly growth plan
  • Put together a plan based on the figures and land the execution of the plan
