Zest Optical are currently working alongside a rapidly expanding business within the optical sector to recruit a Professional Service / Technical Support Manager to their team in South London.

The business are very well positioned in the market and offer a unique service that combines high quality products and a number of additional benefits through which they can support their partners.

The focus for the role will be to offer professional support and training to partners on the product and service they offer. In addition you will work alongside the head office and field based team to develop and implement training to enable an overall improved service to be offered.

Professional Service / Technical Support Manager - Role

This role will suit a Dispensing Optician who is looking to branch out from the practice and play a key part in a fast growing business;

  • You will need to be comfortable dealing with a range of technical and training queries / issues over the phone and via email
  • Be self-driven to solicit all feedback and look for ways to develop the overall service and experience the business offers
  • Be confident in developing and leading training programs for a range of team members
  • Somebody who would enjoy being the point of contact and face of the business for all support and queries
  • Somebody looking for a change of environment to be office based, Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm

Professional Service / Technical Support Manager - Salary

  • Base salary up to £30 000
  • Performance based bonus scheme
  • Range of additional benefits
