A top quality independent Opticians based in Oxfordshire (Close to Oxford and Aylesbury) are looking to recruit a part time Dispensing Optician to work 2, 3 or 4 days a week. This long standing small group of practices have gained an excellent reputation in the local area for the quality of the products and services available.
The practice offers its Opticians professional freedom and you will have access to a huge selection of frames and lenses to suit a wide range of patient requirements.
The Role
- Dispensing high quality frames and lenses depending on lifestyle, fashion and budget.
- Access to a large lens catalogue
- Spending time with each patient to understand personal requirements.
- Working closely with the director to actively drive the business forward
- Dealing with complex patient queries
- Providing outstanding levels of customer service
- Role due to expansion
- Potential to work between 2-3 practices depending on location
- Salary between £26,000 to £37,500 Pro Rata and depending on experience
- Bonus scheme depending on business performance

- Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
