The Role in a Nutshell.

- Previous experience in an Opticians is essential
- Experience must include supervisor position or above
- A small and friendly team of 3-4 on a day, working closely together

Our Practice Managers are the face of our professional and personal practice and an integral part of our store management team, so we’re keen to get you up to speed outside the test room too. With ILM courses, internal qualifications and Specsavers Partnership Pathway available, we can guide you on your way to becoming a great leader. This will stand you in good stead if you choose to become a store director yourself one day.

We’re equipped with 3 test rooms, cutting-edge technology, up-to-date ophthalmic equipment and a team 8 members strong - including optical assistants trained in pre and post-screening, Dispensing Optician and Optometrist, so everything is in place to let you focus on what you do best.
What we’re looking for
You’ll need to be an experienced Optical Manager with drive, passion and the ability to help this growing practice continue to build on its customer-focused culture. To be part of our team, you’ll need to provide that unique blend of customer care and professional excellence – which will make a big impact on the store’s overall success. You’ll need to demonstrate good attention to detail along with a passion for the community. Teamwork also forms a big part of our culture, so the ability to work well with other people is essential. To summarise, we want someone who believes what we believe: in putting the patient first.
