Optical Technical Support Engineer - Dublin

Optical Lab Manager and Optical Technical Support Engineer role in Dublin, Ireland. Zest Optical are currently looking to recruit a Technical Support Engineer for a leading producer of Optical Practice Management Software. The role will be based in Dublin.

This company is offering an exciting opportunity for a technically gifted engineer to join their Global Operations team as Technical Support Engineer. The successful candidate will be focused on the provision of tech support and eventually training to Lab Customers in locations which may include The UK, Ireland and other countries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support to installed Lab customer base;
• Installing software on customer's sites;
• Training customers; (This may, at times, involve frequent travel internationally & some weekend work.)

The candidate will have a strong Optical background with experience working in an Optical laboratory. You will also need strong time management and organisational skills, with a keen interest in customer needs and attention to detail.
