As an Optical Assistant Supervisor, you’ll make sure that the store runs like clockwork. That means supporting other staff, making sure they’re familiar with systems and helping to deliver training. You’ll also be responsible for handling orders and dealing directly with customers in the contact centre clinic. You’ll also make sure every customer gets a great experience when they come into our store, which means listening to what they want, explaining our offers and products, and dispensing single vision, bifocal and varifocal lenses.
