Assistant Manager

How's The Assistant Manager Work Going? 

My Client is looking for a new assistant manager for their local to St Albans practice. The store is less than a year old and the team is highly motivated. I know the current manager personally and they are very fair and hard working themselves. 

Some experience as an assistant manager would be ideal, but a good attitude and willingness to develop would also be fine. Good Optical Assistants would still apply for this role to ladder up the chain in terms or work, and salary.
