Qualified Practice Manager

A luxury independent brand are opening a new practice in a prime Central Liverpool location and are looking for a Qualified Practice Manger to lead the team.

Full time position – weekend work essential
£25k – £30k + Generous bonus + GOC Fees
33 days of annual leave

Responsibilities of the Qualified Practice Manager

You role will be to lead and motivate a small but highly professional team within a luxury, modern practice in a prime location. You will manage all store operations day to day and will work closely with the company director to drive the business forward. You will train and coach your staff and ensure that the company’s high standards are maintained.

Requirements of the Qualified Practice Manager

To apply for this position you must be a fully qualified GOC registered Dispensing Optician with management experience. You will be outgoing and confident and up to date with the latest optical fashions. You will be a people person who is able to lead by example and get the most from your team
