A great opportunity has arisen at the Specsavers Reading practice who are looking for a qualified Optometrist to join their successful team.

Our Reading team are based only 18 minutes away from the centre of Reading so within easy reach. This is a is a very established store who are known for their quality, training & state of the art technology. Reading’s patient demographic is diverse & multicultural with varied and high instances of pathology so rest assured no days will be the same. This practice is very active in training and are a College of Optometrists Training Centre.  In addition, they provide onsite - additional Glaucoma training in association with the International Glaucoma association; CET training; Peer Reviews; the list goes on.

Our store partners have a strong history of developing staff members and 17 Directors of their own stores started their career through Reading.  This practice is one of Specsavers most established stores and has served the community for over 35 years. Ravi was the first Optometrist store owner Director to be employed at Specsavers around 35 years ago and Don our Retail Director has been with us for over 17 years. Rest assured they will support you to where you want to be in your career.
