Zest Optical Sales Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established optical Lens manufacturer who are seeking to recruit an Optical Area training specialist for a full time vacancy in the republic of Ireland. Our client is internationally recognised as a well established optical lens manufacturer and is associated with quality, reliability and innovation.
Based from home ideally located close to Dublin and able to cover the republic of Ireland you will be responsible for all diary and territory management tasks to effectively meet the objectives for your region. Clients will consist of high street optical retailers who will be a mix of existing accounts and new business. The role will involve the detailing of new products and marketing initiatives to the account base, negotiation of pricing within agreed company guidelines and ensuring an effective marketing plan is developed.
This role provides an outstanding opportunity for an optical professional, Dispensing Opticians and Retail Managers looking to develop a career in sales, due to the client's core values, which are based on understanding the professional's needs and requirements. We would welcome applications from other ophthalmic professionals and also current optical sales people who would be interested in developing their career for an established optical organization.
In addition you must be able to demonstrate a strong employment history with natural career progression with the ability to highlight and draw upon key career achievements. It is essential that applicants possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable working in a results driven market. Consequently, key personality traits such as tenacity, determination and an entrepreneurial flair is highly desired.
