We are currently looking for an Optical Lab Technician to join a reputable opticians based in Loughton, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for an Optical Lab Technician to take the next step in their career.
Within the role you will be working in a high quality lab with a strong reputation for producing only the finest products. You'll have access to completely up-to-date equipment, enabling you to work both efficiently and effectively.
Optical Lab Technician - Role
- Working within an advanced lab that is fully equipped with the latest Nidek equipment
- Wide range of different lenses to glaze
- Spectacle repairs
- Liaising with suppliers, patients and practices
- Maintaining smooth running of lab
- Stock control
Optical Lab Technician - Requirements
- Previous experience of working within optics
- Excellent communication skills: clear verbal and written communication with active listening skills
- Able to work within systems and processes
- Ability to learn and want to develop
