Are you an Optical Assistant that is looking for the step in your career? Specsavers in Lakeside are looking for a Retail Supervisor, to be apart of their management team!
As our Retail Supervisor at our store in Lakeside, Essex you’ll make sure that the store runs like clockwork. That means supporting other staff, making sure they’re familiar with systems and helping to deliver training. You’ll also be responsible for handling orders and supervising a team of up to 10 collegaues! Your role will involve organising the clinics to make sure all appointment for the days ahead are running smoothly, including managing the Optometrists diary, time slots allocated for each customers and planning in breaks in the days ahead.
