Optical Assistant

This role is for a Senior Optical Assistant who is able to help with the smooth running of 2 small but busy practices.

Full time – 0900 – 1730
Working Saturdays NO SUNDAYS
£17,500 + excellent bonus – circa £2k-£3k p/a

Responsibilities of the Optical Assistant

Your role will be to work as one of the primary dispensers within 2 practices. You will be on hand to make sales, dispense glasses, trouble shoot and help out junior members of the team You will work very closely with the manager of these 2 stores and will cover for them in their absence. You will be on hand to help with the smooth running of the stores day to day

Requirements of the Optical Assistant

To apply for this position you MUST have at least 12 months of optical experience and the ability to dispense to all levels. You will also be able to carry out pre-screen tests and contact lens teaches. You will be on hand to handle any questions from customers and help out your team with any issues.

Compensation for the Optical Assistant

On offer for your efforts is a competitive salary of £17,500 + excellent bonus + progression to management
