Your role in our store

We know that regardless of whom you work for, who you work with, and wherever you live in the UK -an eye-test is an eye-test, pure and simple. We can’t tell you that your 25+ minutes with your patients is any different to anywhere else - but what we can offer is a workplace where we want you to be part of our team, where you can really make a difference and bring the best possible level of care o our patients.

We want you to show us where your talents and interests lie, whether it is in IT, training, marketing, pre-reg supervision, PR, charity work, team building, or simply keeping track of professional matters. We want you to get that little bit extra out of your normal optometrist’s working day, and feel that your contribution matters to us.

What we are looking for

Alongside holding a BSc/MSc in Optometry and being registered with the GOC, you will be a confident, outgoing individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to succeed. You will be passionate about your job and enjoy a busy and sometimes challenging environment.

And for you....

All levels of experience will be considered on a temporary or permanent basis for this fantastic role. The package will include:

  • Relocation packages suited to your needs
  • A host of benefits available including pension scheme, death in service, medical/dental package, PHI
  • CET Training
  • Professional advancement courses and accreditations supported both practically and financially
  • GOC fees paid
  • Generous holiday entitlement
  • Monday to Friday working

If you’d like to test the water first, we can arrange a visit for you to see and even work in the practice to introduce you to the area.
