A stylish independent Eyewear Brand are looking for a full time Assistant Manager work at their Soho, London store.

Opening last year, the store and has gone from strength to strength with plans for expansion across London.

Assistant Manager - The Practice

  • Busy practice with plenty to do
  • Full time - 40 hours a week to include a weekend day
  • Salary between £24,000 to £26,000

Assistant Manager - Role

  • Helping to manage the day to day operations of a one testing room practice
  • Assisting with the recruiting, leading and development of a team of optical stylists and dispensers
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Growing brand awareness, store customer base and sales
  • Accountable for eyecare delivery in store when Store manager is not present
  • Partly responsible for store performance
  • Managing the optometry clinic calendar and booking optometrists
  • Engaging with the local community and hosting events in-store

Assistant Manager - Requirements

  • Previous experience of working within an Opticians
  • High end/independent experience
  • Excellent leadership credentials
  • Friendly
  • Outgoing
  • Interest in fashion and design
  • Ability to provide exceptional levels of service
