Job Details
A leading group of independent Opticians based in Scotland are looking for a part time Dispensing Optician to work at their Paisley branch. This is a very successful practice which is modern and very professional.
Role
- Dispensing frames and lenses to all levels, including varifocals
- Taking measurements and making any necessary adjustments
- Dealing with patient collections
- Providing professional advice
- Working 2-3 days a week including most Saturdays
- 9am to 5.30pm
Requirements
- Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
- Able to dispense spectacles
- Enjoy building relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills; clear verbal and written communication with active listening skills
- Wish to work in a supportive and rewarding environment
Salary
- Paying between £22,000 to £24,000 Pro Rata
