The importance of your role.

Our Practice Managers play an incredibly important role in our business. They are the retail leaders who drive our practices to be better than ever before. They develop and motivate diverse teams to deliver the best customer experience. What you will be doing

Our Practice Managers are amazingly adaptable retail leaders and as such, no two days are the same. Aspects of the role include:
  • Providing inspirational leadership. You will be leading our teams of retail and clinical professionals to come together to deliver outstanding store performance.
  • Driving commercial success. You will take ownership, drive business profitability and rise to the challenge of finding new and exciting ways to achieve commercial success through a “my business” mentality and our enhanced services offering.
  • Collaborating. Whether its members of your team, other managers or your own professional network, you will partner with those around you to achieve your goals.
  • Delivering incredible customer care. You will know that our customers are the most important part of our business and be fanatical about making their experience the absolute best it can be to create lifelong customer loyalty.
  • Developing and investing in your team. You will be creating a culture in your store that brings out the best in people, and you will be passionate about developing a diverse team and enabling them to take their career where they want to go.
  • Bring style to your work. You will be up to date with the latest eyewear trends and excited to capitalise on our amazing and often exclusive brands to make sure our customers leave looking and feeling amazing.
  • What you will need
  • Great experience in retail (not necessarily in opticians, but that would be great).
  • A passion for commercial success and the ability to run our practice like it’s your own business.
  • A flair for great leadership.
  • A true passion for excellent customer service.
  • To be able to maintain the highest professional standards in practice.
  • Great collaboration skills.
