Salary: Competitive basic dependent on experience + bonus and Car allowance

Working hours: Full Time

Experience level:  You must be a GOC registered Contact Lens Optician or Optometrist

Key responsibilities include:

To ensure right first-time delivery of the contact lens commercial and customer plan by driving and improving engagement with contact lenses across the business specifically clinical, instore teams and partners, as well as the being the retail lead in CL projects and activity planning.To define the retail excellence plan in contact lens working with key interdependencies to define and develop the optimum CL operating model and supporting best practise.To lead the CLEL (Contact Lens Engagement Leads), defining objectives and priorities, supporting with relevant information provision and measuring success

 

As our Contact Lens Engagement Lead, you will possess the following skills & experience:

Excellent understanding of the Contact Lens or Optics IndustryProven experience of influencing at senior levelsGood commercial experienceGood communication skillsAbility to prioritise work and manage own workloadIT literateCollaborative in style and a team player with a sense of fun and enthusiasmExperience of working within a Joint Venture Partnership or Franchise or retail environment

 

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Contact lens optician or Optometrist with a clinic focus on contact lens and be able to be the driving force of change for businesses in your region. You will be actively involved with Contact lens business growth and development, implementing plans, training and best practice.
