This leading client in Bristol are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join one of the UK’s largest optical groups. If you are looking for career development with a genuine opportunity for progression, then there is no need to look any further.

Optical Practice Manager

This is a full time opportunity with a practice where you will supervise and help lead the team, you will also be assisting the Manager working towards KPI’s and developing the team, as well as being on the shopfloor as one of the team dispensing ensuring that customer care is nothing less than excellent.
You’ll be comfortable leading a team of 25+ and continue driving this already successful practice to the next level. This is an opportunity to work with a well-established practice to help drive and develop to reach new heights.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager

Your efforts will help to ensure that the store runs successfully, while providing customers with an exceptional service. Much of your work will involve inspiring staff to perform at their best and meet the highest standards. Your efforts will help to drive the overall store sales as well as customer loyalty which will make you a key member of the team.

Requirements of the Assistant Manager

It is essential that you have previous Optical experience as Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader and ideally have worked within a fast paced environment. You’ll be an expert team leader that ensures your team feel enthused and free to make suggestions. Essentially you will have strong leadership skills but equally approachable and supportive.
