I am working with an established multiple who are now seeking a Qualified Dispensing Optician to manage, motivate and lead a team, ensuring the customers get the right advice, products and accessories to meet their needs.

Your role will be to manage a small team of optical assistants, to ensure everyone is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to do a truly great job, leaving you free to concentrate on what matters most – delivering the highest standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager

The combined role will mean your accountable for the KPIs and driving the business forward. You will coach and train colleagues, but you’ll be heavily involved in the commercial development too, which means bringing great new ideas and initiatives and marketing your department effectively, ensuring sales soar.

Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager

The ability to dispense to all levels with a friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic. A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
Must be GOC registered
