On behalf of a medium sized  independent optician I am recruiting for a Dispensing Optician Manager  to  join a small experienced team of optical professionals within a practice in Dorset. My client took over the practice over 15 years ago and has since  built an excellent reputation and loyal client base within the branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Dispensing Optician or Practice Manager  looking to progress and develop in their career within the day to day running of a branch. As the Dispensing Optician/Manager you will be responsible for training, day to day management of the staff team, optical dispensing alongside providing excellent  customer service.

At the forefront of your responsibilities you will continue  to build the reputation of the local branch and wider company.  The role can be worked on a full or part time basis and will include Saturdays

The successful candidate;

•             Qualified Dispensing Optician (GOC Registered)

•             Management experience an advantage

•             Previous experience with the latest lens technology

•             Have great communication skills alongside being highly customer focused

•             Have excellent attention to detail

•             Have the ability to work as part of a team
