My client is a well established practice in Shropshire  which is part of a larger optical company. They are seeking an experienced Optometrist  to work  as part of a small and highly skilled staff team.

You will work alongside the Owner/Optometrist in one of the two practices. The practice boasts some of the latest equipment including OCT and Video Slit Lamp.

Within the role you will be at the forefront of providing a friendly and efficient service to  a variety of the loyal patient groups who have attended the practice over a number of years.

The Optometrist role will be worked on a full time basis and will include some Saturdays.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE OPTOMETRIST

•             GOC Registered

•             MECS Accredited ideal

•             Contact lens knowledge and skills

•             Experienced in the use of a variety of examination equipment including OCT

•             Ability to use paperless recording systems

•             Friendly demeanour

•             Commercially astute

•             Clinical awareness

•             Excellent communication skills
