Discover what solid support feels like. For our stores to run like clockwork we need sound support behind the scenes – and that’s where you come in.
Organised and methodical, you’ll tackle a variety of admin tasks, from answering phones and processing invoices, to filing records and sending out letters. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success. The office is a fast paced, exciting environment to work in, handling around 500 calls per day, so previous experience within a busy call centre would be advantageous. Make the grade, and you’ll soon be a crucial member of the team.
We are looking for an individual with solid previous optical experience to join the team, with your background experience in the optical field you will be able to join a knowledgeable team help support four stores on a number of levels.
All we ask is that you’re efficient, approachable and great in a team – a skilled Administrator who’s flexible and understands the changing needs of the store.
