We have a new role for a creative and experienced Learning Designer to join our award-winning L&D Design team. You will be responsible for the research and design of highly effective training interventions across our retail business.
This includes designing all required learning materials / resources for all our non-qualified store staff members and management team, and the delivery of select Train the Trainer workshops where applicable for our Regional Training Managers.
You will work closely with the Retail L&D Partner team on specific projects ensuring that time, cost and quality is adhered to. You will also work alongside the digital and delivery teams to ensure a creative solution is identified and the content is scripted accordingly. Ultimately you will ensure the learner and customer are always at the heart of the content.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an adaptable and resilient L&D professional, with strong working knowledge of the latest instructional learning theories and methodologies. You will share our passion for delivering the best quality interventions, keeping up to date with latest trends and having the confidence to challenge where necessary.
