Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager

Your role will be the overall management of a large and busy multiple store. You will lead a large team of professionals to achieve store targets and ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered, Your role day to day will be to motivate and lead your teams ensuring the smooth running of the business and the continued success of the store. You will delegate tasks, manage targets, develop your teams and ultimately deliver financial results.

Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager

To apply for this position you must be a fully qualified dispensing optician who is registered with the GOC and up to date with CET requirements. You will have a proven track record in management and experience of managing a large optical business.

Compensation for the Optical Practice Manager

On offer for your efforts is a salary of £33,000 + Bonuses + Benefits + 25 days of annual leave.
