Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager

This is a full time opportunity with an established group with a reputation for realising people’s ambitions.
You will have experience of the day to day running of a practice as well as strong people skills.
You will have the chance to work with a small but very well established team plus a bank of optometrists.
Someone with a strong level of understanding of the day to day needs including the financial drive of the business.
It goes without saying the successful applicant will have a good understanding of everything to do with man-management and what makes a practice successful to include target setting, KPIS and working with budgets.

Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager

It is essential that you have your GOC registration experience of all levels of management and coupled with your people skills gives you the edge in terms of training new team members and doing one to ones.
You will be eligible to work in the UK and able to work Saturdays and happy to attend regular meetings with the owners.
