Contact Lens Retail Engagement Lead
Role summary

Our aim is to ensure every suitable patient is offered the choice of Contact Lenses and that we can exceed their expectations with the products and solutions we provide.
The Contact Lens Engagement Lead plays a key role in driving and improving contact lens engagement and supporting the execution of our contact lens portfolio strategy.
Key responsibilities include:- To ensure right first-time delivery of the contact lens commercial and customer plan by driving and improving engagement with contact lenses across the business specifically clinical, instore teams and partners , as well as the being the retail lead in CL projects and activity planning. To define the retail excellence plan in contact lens working with key interdependencies to define and develop the optimum CL operating model and supporting best practise. To lead the CLEL (Contact Lens Engagement Leads), defining objectives and priorities, supporting with relevant information provision and measuring success
As our Contact Lens Engagement Lead, you will possess the following skills & experience:
- Excellent understanding of the Contact Lens or Optics Industry
- Proven experience of influencing at senior levels
- Good commercial experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritise work and manage own workload
- IT literate
- Collaborative in style and a team player with a sense of fun and enthusiasm
- Experience of working within a Joint Venture Partnership or Franchise or retail environment
