Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager

This is a full time opportunity with an established group with a reputation for realising people’s ambitions.
You will be an integral part of what makes the practice successful with autonomy over the day to day operation to include driving targets, managing KPIs and staffing requirements.
The owners are based in another part of the country and will be expecting the successful applicant to be in a position where they do not need their hand holding.

Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager

It is essential that you have full management experience to include people management and figures / targets. You will available to work across all six days Monday to Saturday, (5 from 6), with opening hours of 9-5.30.
They would consider a dispensing optician or non-qualified as the most important thing is the management skills.

Compensation for the Optical Practice Manager

This is rare opportunity to work with an experienced group that will do their upmost to develop you as an individual and enhance your existing skill sets.
To be in the running for this rare opportunity your communication skills will be second to none and you will be very commercially aware as well as keen to uphold the highest standards of customer care.
They are offering up to £35,000 basic for the right fit + a good overall package to be discussed at interview stage.
