We are looking to recruit a CRM Executive into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team at our Whiteley Support Office.  This role is responsible for supporting the Campaign Managers in implementing our campaigns across the channels of direct mail, email and SMS. The role is to support the annual business plan through the implementation of CRM campaigns to engage with our customers. 

Critical to this role is the ability to be highly organised and have a keen attention to detail as one of the main responsibilities is to check and proof-read communications before they are sent directly to customers.  The CRM Executive will work cross functionally across a broad spectrum of product areas including Optics and Audiology.


The CRM team manages a high volume of campaigns, so this role requires a well organised, committed individual with the ability to manage a broad range of administrative tasks. Excellent attention to detail and concise ways of working are all required for this role.  As well as a being customer focussed and a strong team player, excellent communication skills are essential.
