L&D Specialist - Management Development - North East Role summaryAt Specsavers our Learning and Development Delivery Team has a new exciting opportunity to join them as a Management Development Trainer.

Location: Field based (North East) and Home-based 

Main Purpose of Role

    The Management Development Trainer will combine their management development specialism with their training delivery experience to facilitate workshops across the businessIt is a delivery focussed role, facilitating a quality and consistent range of management development programmes and any annual plan national projects. The role of the Management Development Trainer is to ensure the learner’s experience is challenging, practical and every learner has an effective experiential learning experience.The majority of the role will be delivering workshops and supporting learners on Management Development programmes, however there will be a requirement to spend time working alongside the RST.You will be facilitating and assessing learners for the ILM programmes at both levels 2 and 3.
Essential skills include

    Demonstrable and substantial experience in facilitating effective Management Development interventionsSkilled facilitator, able to coach and challenge to continually improve standardsStrong self-management skills and ability to plan and prioritise and manage a heavy workload in a flexible mannerA genuine passion for leading a change of learning approach in a large businessRelevant qualification in ILM, Training Delivery and Facilitation or similar
