An Opportunity has risen for an individual that can lead from the front, understands the market - Optics, can dispense or learn quickly, deal with queries, Targets, train and encourage a team, build and maintain the business? This may suit someone that is currently a Supervisor - Team Leader or someone that is good at organising and can adapt quickly to change & wants a challenge! You will be managing a team of professionals Optoms & CLO's - keeping all the balls in the air? Ongoing training to keep you in pole position too! Salary, c£21/22K + Bonus. development to Store Manager possibilities too?
