They are one of the UKs leading manufacturers in optics, with a nationally recognised brand. Located in a modern, state of the art location in Birmingham who are now looking to hire an experienced and very knowledgeable technician to join their successful team

Working as part of the team you will have direct responsibility for talking to clients regarding returns and remakes with emphasis on continued relationship building and liaison skills.

You will possess a proven ability to communicate to a high level both in person and via telephone and have a good knowledge of all areas of glazing to be able to discuss potential issues / problems with returned items.
You will have the ability to sustain and create relationships with customers and colleagues and good with working within a team.
You will have an understanding of Health and Safety in the work place.
You will have excellent written and oral communication skills.
You will have the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines and have a strong attention to detail.
*There is no surfacing or tinting required

On offer is a competitive salary of up to £19,000 – £22,000 dependent on experience + additional benefits and a good bonus scheme in place.

*The working hours are Thu, Fri, 10.00 – 10.00pm, Sat 9.00am – 8.00pm, (alt Wed 10.00 – 10.00pm).
