Responsibilities of the Optometrist

You primary function within this position will be to conduct sight tests within 20 -25 minute slots. You will also be required to undertake contact lens fittings and aftercare appointments. You will offer expert advice and come up with recommendations to help your patients. Patient care will always be a paramount importance but you will also understand the commercial aspect of the position.

Requirements of the Optometrist

To apply for this position you will be a fully qualified GOC registered Optometrist. The successful candidate must be a keen team player, commercially aware and willing to be a proactive member of this very high end dynamic company.

Compensation for the Optometrist

On offer is a very competitive salary of £45,000 – £55,000. The major part of rewards are concentrated on basic salary enabling you to have certainty in your financial expectations. However, bonus schemes are in operation, which will recognise performance levels in your particular skills and your contribution to the team performance.
