This client are one of the most recognisable opticians in the UK being established for over 75 years with over 150 practices and still growing. They now require an optometrist, with everyday different you will become an integral part of the future of the company.
They have a reputation for quality of service and products on offer and their aim is to go from strength to strength in the coming years.

Responsibilities of the Optometrist

You will conduct 25 minute tests as well as completing contact lens fittings and aftercares. You will be on hand to offer clinical advice and help patients to choose the best options for their needs. As this is an independent practice a dynamic and flexible approach to your work is required as everybody helps in all areas of the practice.

Requirements of the optometrist

To apply for this position you must be a fully qualified, GOC registered optometrist who is up to date with all CET requirements.
Open to full time or part time but you must be able to work on Saturdays with no Sunday or late night requirements. You will ideally have at least 1 years of post qualification experience although for the right person they could consider someone newly. As well as this you will have a friendly professional disposition, be well presented and have an excellent chair side manner.

Compensation for the optometrist

They offer a competitive salary package + additional benefits to be discussed at interview. You will also have the opportunity to work within a relaxed and flexible atmosphere.
*Pro-rata for salary and allowances.

Will also consider 2/3 days per week
10am till 4:30pm
including 2 Saturdays in a 4 week period

Store hours:
09:00-17:00 Monday to Saturday
