Responsibilities of the Qualified Dispensing Optician

You will work within a busy practice in an all-around role. You will be helping patients with all their eye care needs, including contact lenses and designer frames. You will be dispensing spectacles and making sales as well as undertaking pre-screening and contact lens teaches.

Requirements for the Qualified Dispensing Optician

My client is looking for a quality driven, dynamic individual to join the existing team as a full time Qualified Dispensing Optician. The ideal candidate will be a hard working individual, with a strong optical knowledge and an excellent work ethic. Ideally you will have a strong interest in the latest Optical trends and brands. You will need to be able to dispense to all levels, pre-screen and contact lens teach to the highest standard. Previous experience with high end designer frames would be ideal but not essential.

Compensation for the Qualified Dispensing Optician

On offer for the right person is a competitive salary of £25,000 – £35,000 as well as company benefits and the opportunity to further your career. – Excellent working hours 09:00-17:30 Mon- Fri, – 0900-17:00 Saturdays & NO Sundays.
