Responsibilities of the Optical Assistant

As a busy sales advisor you will spend your time on various aspects of meeting your customers’ needs precisely and competently.
Your enthusiasm in dealing with our customers means you will have the opportunity to offer services across the groups range.
You will need to be able to comfortably dispense to all levels and use your optical knowledge in helping patients and fulfilling their needs.

Requirements of the Optical Assistant

At least 2 years of experience as an Optical Assistant ideally within a busy practice.
The ability to dispense to all levels. A friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic. A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
