The role:
To complete eye examinations/contact lens appointments, and drive conversions and the average order value through delivering excellent customer service, whilst trading Safe and Legally.

About the store and location:
Specsavers Portsmouth has 6 test rooms in total including the audiology department, South has 4 consulting rooms and Cosham has 3 rooms – all host to state of the art equipment
Working within a team of around 30 staff
Portsmouth is a city based in Hampshire on the lovely South Coast
Fantastic commutable location - it is 1.5 hours to London Waterloo Train Station via train and 30 minute drive to Southampton
Within easy access to the store via trains, busses and local parking available
Requirements:
All candidates MUST be registered with GOC as specified with the regulatory authority.
Achievement of core competencies as specified by college of optometrists and approved by the GOC.
Exceptional customer service skills
Effective communication - both verbal and written
Summary
