Position: Assistant Manager

A brand-new role has just become available and we need Superstars to join our fantastic team in Bromley!

About the role: This is a varied position, where no two days will be the same!

You will be running the shop floor and taking ownership for the daily running of each department, overseeing other colleagues and assisting where necessary.

You will be the face of the store and be able to create a smooth and unique experience for each and every customer.

Along with this you will be happy and confident training and developing staff, understanding KPI’s, setting and achieving monthly sales targets, and working alongside existing management to keep the store running optimally.

About you: You will be an experienced manager, coming from a strong retail background.

This could FMCG, Retail or hospitality.

Of course, optical experience is desirable but not essential for this role and all applications will be considered as long as you have a strong retail with relevant management skills.
