Optical Practice Manager
I am presently recruiting for a very well established practice for a qualified and experienced Optical Practice Manager.
You will be managing the day to day clinical side of the business with emphasis on the customer journey and all clinical compliances, with one eye on the KPIs and the other on ensuring the clinical professionalism of the team. You’ll ensure everyone is equipped with the necessary skills to do a truly great job leaving you free to concentrate on what matters most – delivering the highest standards of professionalism.
The combined role will mean you’re accountable for the KPI’s and driving the business forward. You will coach and train colleagues but you’ll be heavily involved in the commercial development side of the practice and bringing great new ideas and initiatives to the table to maintain the fantastic reputation my client has built up.Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
It is essential applicants have experience working in an opticians and have strong people person skills as well as your customer focused approach to work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike makes you the ideal applicant for this position.
You will be GOC registered and fully up to date with all required CET points and have a strong track record in delivering results.
My client is offering a basic salary up to £25,000 plus addition benefits such as Pension along with others to be discussed at interview in order to tailor the package specific to you.
